We
at Aurchid Siam Mastiffs have been owned by mastiffs in Bangkok Thailand,
for the past seven years and have been mastiff lovers for more than
a decade. We love this breed so very much that we have spent several
years researching the mastiff and studying the breed and breeders.
In our quest to find the best, so we can always be owned by mastiffs,
we fell in love with quite a few breeders’ lines, and decided
that those would be the base for us to raise and contribute to the
amazing and wonderful mastiff breed.
Our
goal was to find the best mastiffs from around the world, and in our
attempt, we have been adopted by mastiffs from Australia (Mastdoch
Mastiffs), from Canada (Rockport Mastiffs), from USA (Mystique Mastiffs),
and from Italy (Del Fracasso Mastiffs). These breeders have been our
mentors and the best guides anyone could ask for, to help learn the
most effective ways to maintain and contribute to this noble breed.
We thank all of these wonderful breeders for their patience with us
and their invaluable contribution to the breed.
In
our worldwide search for the best, we looked for size (height, mass
and large bone), depth of body, great angulation and proportion, an
impressive head, wonderful top lines, and most of all movement. We
believe all the mastiffs in our family have these wonderful traits
and they will help us to achieve our goals. We have very large, deep
bodied, big boned mastiffs, which as they grow, will be a great pride
to their breed, please be patient with some of them as they grow through
their awkward stages; they are our pride and joy.
We
believe that when you see a mastiff your first reaction should be
WOW, simply because they are so noble, gentle, massive and wonderfully
put together, and that is what we aim to achieve and improve upon.
Our
lines include dogs from some of the best breeders in the world, Arciniega,
Bredwardine, Brookview, Capesthorne, Chevelu, Gem of Jersey, Gildasan,
Greiner Hall, Groppetti, Hollesley, Jengren, Kumormai, Mistlethwait,
Mystery Mountain, Pallone and Santmichal, amongst others. They derived
their mastiffs from some of the original and oldest mastiff lines.
We
